Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

Our Commitment to Fair & Transparent Service

Because BrandJolt provides custom creative services and made-to-order products, refund eligibility depends on the type of service or product purchased and the stage of production at the time a cancellation or refund is requested.

Deposits, design fees, custom production costs, and payments for work already performed may be non-refundable once work, design, material procurement, fabrication, production, or other project-related services have begun.

BrandJolt is committed to addressing legitimate concerns involving defective products, production errors, or services that materially differ from the approved project specifications. All refund, replacement, or cancellation requests are reviewed according to our Refund Policy, applicable project agreements, and applicable law.

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit or waive any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Refund Policy

Last Updated: August 28, 2026

BrandJolt, a DBA of Laser Pro LLC (“BrandJolt,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), provides custom branding, design, digital, print, merchandise, fabrication, and product solutions. Because many of our services and products are created specifically for each client, refunds and cancellations are subject to the terms below.
1. General Refund Policy
All sales are considered final once custom work, design, production, fabrication, material procurement, or other project-related work has begun, except where otherwise stated in this policy or required by applicable law.
Refund eligibility is determined based on the type of product or service purchased and the stage of completion at the time the request is received.
2. Deposits
Project deposits secure production time, scheduling, design resources, materials, and other costs associated with beginning a project.
Once work has begun or project-related expenses have been incurred, deposits are non-refundable.
If BrandJolt has not begun work, ordered materials, incurred third-party expenses, or otherwise committed resources to the project, a cancellation request may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Any project-specific deposit or cancellation terms contained in an approved estimate, proposal, invoice, or service agreement will take precedence.
3. Branding, Graphic Design & Creative Services
Payments for branding, logo design, graphic design, consulting, creative development, and similar professional services are non-refundable once work has begun.
Creative services involve time, research, strategy, development, and intellectual work regardless of whether the client ultimately chooses to use the completed work.
Refunds will not be issued because of a change in personal preference after work has been performed.
BrandJolt will provide revisions according to the revision allowance established for the applicable project.
4. Website & Digital Services
Payments for website design, development, SEO, digital design, consulting, setup, configuration, and related digital services are non-refundable for work already performed.
If a project is canceled before completion, the client remains responsible for completed work, third-party expenses, purchased assets, subscriptions, domain expenses, software costs, and other expenses incurred on behalf of the project.
Any refundable portion of an unused project balance will be determined after these amounts have been deducted.
5. Custom & Personalized Products
Custom-made, personalized, printed, embroidered, engraved, fabricated, decorated, or otherwise produced-to-order products are final sale once production has begun.
This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom apparel

  • Embroidered merchandise

  • Promotional products

  • Printed materials

  • Menus and marketing materials

  • Vinyl graphics and decals

  • Custom fabricated products

  • Personalized merchandise

  • Branded products

  • Prototypes and custom production pieces

Because these products are produced specifically for the customer, they generally cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded because of a change of mind, incorrect quantity ordered by the customer, or dissatisfaction with an approved design.
6. Proof & Design Approval
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs before approval.
This includes reviewing:

  • Spelling

  • Grammar

  • Names

  • Telephone numbers

  • Addresses

  • Website addresses

  • Colors

  • Sizes

  • Quantities

  • Artwork

  • Layout

  • Placement

  • Product selections

  • Other project specifications

Once a proof is approved, BrandJolt may immediately begin production.
BrandJolt is not responsible for errors appearing in a final product when those same errors appeared in a proof approved by the customer.
Reproduction or correction of an approved customer error may require a new order and additional charges.
7. BrandJolt Production Errors
If BrandJolt produces an item that materially differs from the approved proof, specifications, or order because of an error attributable to BrandJolt, we will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may include:

  • Correction of the affected work

  • Repair

  • Reproduction

  • Replacement

  • Account credit

  • Partial refund

  • Full refund when appropriate

BrandJolt generally reserves the right to correct, reproduce, repair, or replace defective work before issuing a monetary refund.
8. Damaged or Defective Products
Customers should inspect products promptly after receiving them.
Claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced merchandise should be reported to BrandJolt within 7 calendar days of receipt.
Customers may be asked to provide:

  • Order or invoice information

  • Photographs of the affected product

  • Photographs of packaging

  • A description of the issue

  • Additional information reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim

Customers should retain the affected products and original packaging until BrandJolt has completed its review.
Products should not be discarded without authorization if a replacement or refund is being requested.
9. Shipping Damage
If an order is damaged during shipment, contact BrandJolt as soon as possible.
Photographs of the shipping container, packaging, shipping label, and damaged products may be required so BrandJolt can submit a claim with the applicable carrier.
BrandJolt will work with the customer and shipping provider to determine an appropriate resolution.
10. Color & Production Variations
Reasonable variations in color, material, texture, placement, print appearance, embroidery, engraving, fabrication, and other production characteristics are not necessarily considered defects.
Colors displayed on computer monitors, phones, tablets, and digital proofs may differ from physical products because of differences in displays, materials, inks, printing processes, lighting, and manufacturing methods.
Minor variations that fall within normal commercial production tolerances are not eligible for refund solely because of those variations.
11. Customer-Supplied Materials & Information
BrandJolt is not responsible for defects, inaccuracies, resolution issues, spelling errors, copyright issues, or other problems originating from customer-supplied artwork, files, measurements, information, products, or materials.
If additional work is required because information or materials supplied by the customer were incorrect, additional charges may apply.
12. Order Changes
Changes requested after an order or project has been approved may result in additional charges.
If materials have already been purchased or production has begun, the customer is responsible for costs already incurred.
BrandJolt cannot guarantee that an order can be changed once production has started.
13. Project Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted to BrandJolt as soon as possible.
When a project is canceled after work has begun, the customer remains responsible for:

  • Work already completed

  • Design and development time

  • Materials already purchased

  • Custom products already produced

  • Third-party expenses

  • Non-refundable vendor charges

  • Other costs reasonably incurred for the project

Any remaining refundable balance, if applicable, will be calculated after these charges have been deducted.
14. Abandoned Projects
If a client becomes unresponsive or fails to provide required information, approvals, materials, or payments for an extended period, BrandJolt may place the project on hold.
Projects inactive for 90 days or more may be considered abandoned.
Payments for completed work, purchased materials, production expenses, and other costs incurred before abandonment are non-refundable.
Restarting an abandoned project may require a new quote, updated pricing, and a new production schedule.
15. Third-Party Products & Services
Certain projects may involve products or services purchased from third-party manufacturers, suppliers, software companies, hosting providers, printers, or other vendors.
Refunds for third-party charges are subject to the applicable provider's refund and cancellation policies.
BrandJolt cannot guarantee reimbursement of amounts that a third-party provider considers non-refundable.
16. Refund Processing
When BrandJolt approves a monetary refund, the refund will generally be issued using the original payment method when reasonably possible.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment processor, financial institution, or method of payment.
Any approved refund applies only to the amount authorized by BrandJolt after applicable completed work, expenses, materials, fees, and other non-refundable amounts have been accounted for.
17. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact BrandJolt directly regarding billing or project concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
BrandJolt maintains project records including estimates, invoices, communications, approvals, proofs, production records, delivery documentation, and other information that may be provided to a payment processor or financial institution when responding to a payment dispute.
Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising rights available through their financial institution or applicable law.
18. Exceptions Required by Law
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to eliminate, restrict, or waive any cancellation, refund, warranty, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
Where applicable law provides rights that conflict with this policy, applicable law will control.
